My Favorite Promotional Strategy
Today, I am sharing my favorite promotional strategy.
This is a strategy you can use whether you have an online business or one that’s primarily in-person.
The strategy is SPEAKING – both in-person and virtually in a teleseminar.
I love this strategy because it is one of the quickest and most effective ways to enroll private coaching clients AND fill your group programs (such as cleanses and detoxes).
Speaking works like a charm, and here’s why…
It gets you “in front of” a group of people who are interested in what you offer.
The people who attend your talk or listen to your teleseminar are pre-qualified. They have raised their hand to say “yes, I want to know more about _______.”
You have the opportunity to truly connect with your audience.
While there are a lot of other promotional strategies out there, speaking to a group of people is one of the most powerful ways to create a connection. During your teleseminar or talk, your audience will get a clear sense of your personality and expertise. As they come to know, like, and trust you, they will want to work with you.
Side note: people only buy from those that they know, like, and trust.
You have the opportunity to educate your audience.
When you speak to a group, you are able to share the “why” that they have been missing.
Depending on your area of focus, you might share why they have sugar cravings, why they struggle with weight loss, or why they have digestive distress. As you share this information, they will come to see that what they’re experiencing is not their fault, that there’s a better way, and that they don’t have to suffer any longer. They will also view you as the expert that you are, and many of the people in the audience will want to work with you.
Speaking works like a charm at all stages of your business evolution.
Speaking is fantastic if you are just starting out because it gives you free exposure to ideal clients. If you’ve been in business a while and have a list, speaking is a fantastic way to create a deeper connection with your audience.
